Ben joined the Heritage team back in March 2023 having worked previously at South Lodge Hotel. He is a very talented chef and has quickly settled in with the rest of our brigade, with a great eye for detail. Ben’s an avid football fan, supporting Brighton religiously, so when you undoubtedly see him out-and-about, don’t tell him the score!

He’s currently working on the pastry section in the kitchen, so he’s responsible for all the delicious desserts that finish your meal perfectly.
