Chef Director Matt Gillan and his team of dedicated chefs have carefully created our menus; they are founded in classical techniques combined with unique twists which highlights Matt’s signature style.
Please note that we have slightly adjusted our menu structure for the new year. As a response to demand, we decided to focus on our tasting menu offering by replacing our A La Carte menu with a brand new nine course tasting menu.
You can view samples of each menu below, they are subject to change and do so regularly based on seasonality and availability.
Please note that our 5 course dinner menu is not available on Saturday nights.
In addition to our vegetarian menus, we are able to cater for all dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare the adjusted menus for you.
Our drinks menus have been curated by our fantastic front of house team. Whether you choose one of our creative cocktails, local gins or our interesting wines we guarantee you will find something you’ll love. We also offer a wine flight to enjoy alongside our signature tasting menu, so you can try a selection of our amazing wines, which have been carefully paired with each course.
