New Offering

Whilst Matt provided an update, via his social media page, about what Heritage 2.0 will look like, we understand this has left a lot of questions still being asked. We’d like to try and clear these up.

Heritage will look to operate with more group events rather than the traditional, single table reservation structure. That is not to say that we will not offer this option. It will be available. We are just ironing out a few creases in how we deliver this.

There are a number of reasons behind the decision to change how we operate. One of the key contributors is Matt’s belief that everyone should have access to an amazing food experience.

Over the last 12-15 years, we have seen a shift of higher-end restaurants being more accessible to everyone. With increasing costs everywhere, this is now regressing and this area of the market is becoming less of an option for people.

As a business we are in a position where we are pricing ourselves out of accessibility. As an example, our dinner menus we were offering should have been priced at around £175 per head. That is not an accessible price point, for a lot of people.

For the moment we are looking to bring some fun back to dining out and keep our unique creativity available to more guests. How we do this has to evolve!!

From October the diary will reopen. Initially, we will be offering supper club style lunches and dinners, for around 16 – 20 guests. An informal and social style of service. We understand this may not suit everyone but there will be other styles of service introduced, soon after

Our events have always proved to be popular, however they have always been few and far between. We will be introducing more of these, shortly. We are finalising details for some events.

Please do bear with us, while we switch to our new offering. There isn’t a template to follow for this one.

Group Dining

This is an area that sets Heritage apart from most restaurants. We have the capacity to host a group of 20+ guests and offer an exciting, multicourse menu, to the same standard as we would a table of two.

The relaxed setting differentiates Heritage from the usual spaces large enough to cater for groups of this size

A beautiful and relaxed ambiance with high-end, creative food, all bespoke to your requirements. Heritage is the perfect place to gather friends and family.

Vouchers

We understand there is a nervousness regarding gift vouchers for Heritage.

Vouchers will be valid in our new offering. We appreciate that the group format is not the reason why these vouchers were purchased.

At Heritage we will be offering ‘normal’ lunch and dinner services. These will most likely be twice a month, on a Friday and Saturday.

Vouchers can be used for any event, if that experience is more appealing.

We are currently not offering vouchers to purchase, until we have finalised what Heritage 2.0 looks like. The gift voucher site is still open, however we currently recommend you wait for an update from us on this, before purchasing.

If your voucher has expired during this transitional period, please do get in touch via email and we will extend this for you.
