Rob, or Swains as he is fondly known, joined the team as Kitchen Porter over two years ago. He’s one of our most versatile members of staff as he splits his time between front of house and the kitchen, looking after the bar and also helping with prep jobs for the chefs.

Swains is also our designated Secret Santa – although last year he opted for a Christmas Gandalf costume instead to hand out all the presents.
