Sam Large - Head Chef

Sam joined our kitchen brigade as Head Chef in November 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience at many Sussex institutions. He has most recently worked at AG’s restaurant as Head of Pastry, before spending some time freelancing and hosting his own pop-ups.

Sam will be working very closely with Matt to ensure our menus remain interesting, creative and most importantly – delicious. His passion for food is second to none and is always coming up with new menu ideas.
